Mobile Pet Diagnostics & In-House Laboratory

Collecting diagnostic samples from your pet has never been easier

Accurate Results Available for Your Pet

Mobile Vet Care Indiana has an in-house laboratory that allows our veterinarian to run diagnostic tests quickly and efficiently in order to diagnose health conditions and determine the best course of treatment for your pet. From routine screenings to more complex tests, our mobile vet clinic in Westfield is able to provide the answers you need for your cat or dog, often without the need for a follow-up in-clinic visit.

In-House Diagnostic Testing

Diagnostic tests give veterinarians a more thorough understanding of your pet’s health. Running annual lab work as well as sick pet diagnostics means that we can help you make informed decisions about your pet’s care.

We are happy to discuss your pet’s needs and determine whether Mobile Vet Care Indiana can assist.

When To Expect Your Pet’s Test Results

An advantage of our in-house lab is the ability to deliver results quickly. Some of the tests we perform provide immediate results so that treatment can begin during the same visit. Other tests take a few hours, and you will receive a call later that day. Certain tests, such as fecal exams or specific blood tests, need to be sent to a reference laboratory. For these tests, results are typically available within 2-3 business days. We will contact you promptly once the results are available and discuss the next steps in your pet’s care. Our goal is to keep you informed throughout the process so that your pet is not waiting unnecessarily when treatments are needed.
